Add Frontend Cart Funtionality to Website

Overview

The goal of this issue is to add the following functionality to the cart

• add products to cart
• change quantity of products in cart
• remove products from cart

The checkout button does not need to correctly route to the checkout page of the site.

Action Items

• [x] Add functionality to the counter
• [x] Determine a way to store user's cart data on the front-end
• [x] When a user views their cart, the cart should
  • [x] populate the cart with the products they plan on purchasing
  • [x] display the total number of items in the cart
  • [x] display the quantity of each line item
  • [x] allow the user to change the quantity of each line item
  • [x] remove each line
  • [x] display the total price
• [x] Style the modal as needed
