Update the Front and Back End to Send and Receive, respectively, Form Submission Requests

Update the front and back end so that it is able to send and receive, respectively, purchase form submissions.

Action Items

The frontend should

• [x] only submit form relevant data to the backend on purchase confirmation

The backend should verify that

• [x] re-validate the form data
• [x] sanitize the data prior to processing the form data
