Include Products Purchased and Quantity to Purchase Order Backend Request

Overview

The goal of this issue is to add the following to the backend request on successful purchase completion:

• Product
• Product Quantity

Action Items

• [x] Update the frontend so that when clicking the pay and submit button, valid form data is sent to the backend to be stored in the database (MongoDB).
• [x] Update the backend to accept, validate, and store the updated data
