Add a Feature to the Backend to Calculate the Cost of the Purchase Order and Append it to the Purchase Order Data Before Storing it in the Database

Overview

The goal of this issue is to add the following data to the purchase order before storing it in the database:

• Total Price (including Vat and shipping costs)
• Shipping Cost (flat $50)
• Vat (20% of total price)
• Grand Total (Total Price + Shipping + Vat)

Data is needed to verify total cost for user and for internal use at Audiophile (mock company).

Action Items

• [x] Update the purchaseOrder Schema to include the above data
• [x] Add feature to calculate the above costs
• [x] Append calculated costs to the purchase order data before storing the purchase order in the database
