When a user completes a purchase, keep the cart data and provide the user a new cart ID to keep track of any other purchases.

[x] Update the frontend to signal to the backend that a successful purchase was completed
[x] Update the backend to mark the user's cart on the database as complete and generate a new cart and cartID for the user
