Outlook doesn't take correct Timezone #49

When a timezone is given (f.ex. Europe/Brussels) Icalendar & Google Calendar will set the correct timezone and time. But Outlook Online (and I presume Outlook) inserts the event with a wrong timezone (Monrovia, Reykjavik) instead and thus with wrong times.

Not a bug, Outlook Online didn't have the correct timezone set
