Added a small comment regarding why I just updated this file. https://linear.app/addressfinder/issue/ADF-2909/addressfinder-incompatible-with-magento-version-to-46-p3-[timebox-1 I found a docker-compose from bitnami to test this locally and was able to get the plugin running.
I also couldn't find credentials in 1p for Vultr so I'm not quite sure how we'll get about testing this issue
