Improve /tp and Add /tppos #6

Add more arguments to /tp Allow relative coordinates (~) in /tp command Add /tppos command Update POM for 1.8

There is also an addition to the geSuit repo.

We appreciate your contribution. Unfortunately, you changed all of the line endings from LF to CRLF, and you lumped together too many changes in a single commit. I took the time to update our code to implement your ideas, using separate commits for each primary change. I also attributed your contributions in commit ce3df0d88ce9a31c9a9a15e7a14eb7fb62466223 For this to work across servers managed by Bungee you'll also need the updated version of geSuit, incorporating this commit: AddstarMC/geSuit@660e64b2de7c024303cfbc2f09d39df8b0375da1
