I've considered it, but crosstalk hasn't really been maintained in the past year, which was part of my hesitation in working on it

Hmmm... I'm not aware of any other libraries that allow for inter widget communication, is there another solution more actively being worked on?

@AdeelK93 , crosstalk is being updated, I'd love to see this integration, collapsibleTree is an awesome package.

I haven't really been working on this package in a couple years (sorry), but if you're interested in working on this, you're welcome to make a PR

No problem @AdeelK93 , it's a pity collapsibleTree is not under active development since it's a great package, but I'll take a look on it, thank you
