Grab ZeGrapher.appdata.xml from the appdata dir #19

It's trying to find the Appdata file from the root directory while it is actually in the appdata directory.

There was actually two copies of that file (#16 ), I removed one but didn't realize there was a line to change in ZeGrapher.pro.
