Improve debug messages #8

There are some debug messages, but they are not clear. Also it must be possible to log the data in transit to identify at which component there is a problem

There are three logs cilia.core for log messages when manipulating cilia models cilia.runtime for log messages when manipulating runtime instance, and also for dynamic events cilia.application to log messages to track application behaviour (eg track data)
