What steps will reproduce the problem?
This is an unsupported feature, no steps are needed to reproduce it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The library should support reading and modification of all events associated 
with the given contact, not just birthdays. Every event has a label and type 
(anniversary/other).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
libgcal 0.9.6 on Arch Linux

As a consequence, Akonadi resource for Google contacts does not synchronize any 
of non-birthday events. If such event is defined in kaddressbook, the next 
synchronization with Google Contacts will erase it.
