Many APPLE domains are assigned to German IP, but I'm in China. #336

But some APPLE domains are correctly assigned to China. And not only APPlE, many companies' domains are not correctly assigned to Chinese IP, such as: Microsoft, Weibo. Some of their domains are sometimes assigned to Germany.

A couple of questions:

  1. Do you use AdGuard DNS via a VPN or directly?
  2. Could you please post a couple of exact domains that are getting wrong IP addresses?

  1. I used AdGuard DNS via directly, I tested AdGuard DNS with a Singapore VPN and those domains are correctly resolved to Singapore.

  2. Here are what I got by comparing AdGuard DNS and Alidns: Alidns assigned it to China, AdGuard assigned it to Germany : configuration.apple.com xp.apple.com play.itunes.apple.com livephoto.us.sinaimg.cn

Alidns assigned it to HongKong or other nearest IP, I guess China doesn't have an IP for this domain, it's right, but AdGuard assigned it to Germany or other farther IP : radio-activity.itunes.apple.com lookup-api.apple.com vod-ap2-aoc.tv.apple.com outlook.office365.com

@Vinetan could you please also post the IP addresses AdGuard DNS returned to you when requesting these domains?

We'll need this to compare with what we're getting.
