Adguard DNS servers (all three kinds) would resolve all cloudflare-using sites to 188.114.., for requests originating from China, which is not accessible in China.
so, when Adguard DNS is used, I, as a Chinese citizen, completely cannot open any sites that use Cloudflare's services
