User scripts support #692

Problem Description

The standard version of the extension does not support AdGuard Extra, which makes it impossible to get rid of ads on some popular sites. Users have to install a separate extension to support custom scripts.

Proposed Solution

Add custom script support to the extension.

Alternatives Considered

Make a separate AdGuard Extra extension and submit it in the App Store.

In the interim, I found another way to load AdGuard Extra with the Safari Extension called Stay.

Below you can see it's detected by the AdGuard Test website, and appears to be working, however makes the browser noticeably slower in my case.

@ameshkov are you still of the opinion that AdGuard for Safari should have userscript support at this point in time for AdGuard Extra?
