Set default sort for 'Average processing time' on the Dashboard to fastest to slowest #6190

The problem

It would make more sense if servers in the Average processing time section of the Dashboard were sorted fastest to slowest. They currently default to slowest to fastest sorting.

Proposed solution

Set the default sort for Average processing time to fastest to slowest.

Alternatives considered and additional information

One of the main reasons a lot of people requested that feature was to be able to exclude slow upstreams from their config, which is why it is sorted the way it is. With that said, we'll see if people have different opinions.

now with the fallback dns resolvers, there is the issue it start counting from the query request, and so the processing time of the fallbacks now show on top with over 20Kms response time...
