Has Adguard considered joining w3c and attending their meetings to better shape Manifest v3 and to address its current limitations? #11

I was doing some reading about MV3 and stumbled upon W3C which you can find on github which seems like an attempt to develop some standardization around webextensions. Having a voice there might help address some of the current limitations that MV3 has which is limiting the adguardmv3 from being as powerful as the previous extension.

They have their own website as well where you can get information about meetings and such: here

Can the team please consider this if this is an option. Thanks

We are a part of the W3C group and do participate periodically and provide our feedback.

I believe that at this point the main issue with MV3 apart from the obvious ones (service worker) is the sheer amount of bugs in Chromium (some of them could be categorized as critical). I just don't feel comfortable talking about the MV3 design and feature requests on the weekly meetings when it takes literally years to fix major bugs there.
