All of a sudden import of third-party filters fails #21

Hi,

I already discovered when MV3 was launched that the format had to be RAW and the file name had to end with TXT.

When I import files I know get an invalid format error. It even fails to import https://raw.githubusercontent.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/master/SpywareFilter/sections/tracking_servers.txt

What are the requirements AdGuard MV3 demands for a third-party (user filter) to be imported?

@Kees1958 hello! Can't reproduce, could you please describe step by step how to repeat? Tried to add the filter provided and the import was successful:

Works again now, must have been a hick up somewhere in the chain. Will close issue.

I did a system shut down and then when I tried to reconstruct the problem, the extension (Edge) allowed to add the filterlist, but the rule count was not updated.

Then I removed the extension and added it again and all worked fine.

I have not changed my DNS or VPN provider not changed my wireless adaptor settings, so it is a mystery to my how this error occured.
