Add to DoT from Exodus Privacy #295

I ask to you check and add trackers list from Exodus Privacy service into Adguard DNS over TLS.

This trackers collect by me from exodus privacy.

And of the 175, I estimate that 60% of them would've been easy to add; whereas ones like ||graph.facebook.com^ and ||xml.opera.com^ would likely be contested due to the potential for site/app breakage.

Hm, most of them are already present in AdGuard filters, I wonder why they're not present in the AG DNS filter

Weird list. It contains dangerous rules, and rules, which also block service's site(not sure if main domains are used in all trackers). Also some rules are for blocking legal services - ||id.rambler.ru^ blocks rambler auth. Probably it is ok for custom filter, but not for common.
