Extension pop-up shows not the fastest location

Environment

- OS: Windows 11
- Browser: Chrome 114

Issue Details

When you change Quick connect setting to "Fastest location", the popup doesn't show the fastest location. STR:

1. Go to extension settings.
2. Change Quick connect to "Fastest location".
3. Open the pop-up and look at the server and ping displayed at the bottom of the pop-up.
4. Open server list and compare ping of this server to servers from "Fastest locations" list.

Expected Behavior

Popup should show the fastest location.
