For more information, I tried unplugging the streaming stick, and also restarted the streaming stick, and cleared the Cache. Also, I even tried many US Servers, and it was still causing issues with the picture. With my previous VPN provider, SurfShark VPN, I had no problems with the image of the film I was watching.

@Batman2814 how often does it happen? Could you measure the internet speed without AdGuard VPN and connected to AdGuard VPN? Also, could you please specify what ms you have for US servers?

The first picture that shows a Download Speed of 375.05 Mbps is with the AdGuard VPN disconnected.

The Second Photo that shows a Download Speed of 130 Mbps is with AdGuard VPN connected.

The speed test was done on the Google TV 4K Streaming Stick. The two pictures also show milliseconds. It was connected to the Atlanta US Server, which says in the AdGuard VPN app that it is 49ms.

@Batman2814 this is possible due to several factors: ISP, global routing, server load, load of channels "on the way" (both ways - they are rarely symmetrical), protocol, ISP on the other side. From our side we don't reduce the speed of the Internet connection in any way. As far as I know, 65 Mbps should be enough for watching 4k on Netflix. Try changing the server if you experience video delays

My old VPN Provider, Surf Shark VPN, didn't have this problem, or other VPNs I had in the past, like Express VPN. This issue could be fixed with an update. Also, this happens on my Samsung Android Phone, where I also have AdGuard VPN enabled, and suddenly, Network connections stop, and I have to disconnect the VPN and then connect it again. I've had to do that many times. This is an issue that needs to be fixed.

@Batman2814 are you experiencing internet connection drops when connecting to a location and this is fixed by reconnecting to the location? It's not quite right to compare another VPN service in this case, as all those factors can vary to varying degrees. ISP, global routing, server load may be different, channel load "in transit" may be different, protocol, ISP on the other side may be different. All these factors can affect different VPN services differently, and also different locations at different times can be better or worse. Nowadays there is indeed sometimes a load on the USA servers. For our part, we do not reduce the speed of the Internet connection in any way
