Delay in the appearance of three dots on the screen of excluded apps #421

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Exclusions -> Apps

Expected Behavior

3 dots in the upper right corner appear immediately.

Actual Behavior

3 dots in the upper right corner appear after a second, which is noticeable

Additional Information

On the screen of excluded websites and on the Account tab 3 dots appear immediately, so the problem is only on the 1 screen.
