VPN does not reconnect after network recovery when using private DNS #560

Operating mode

VPN

Environment

- OS:Windows 10
- Other network-level software:-

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Add a private DNS from here
Connect to VPN
Disable WAN on your router for 2 min and then enable it
Wait for VPN to reconnect after network is available

Expected Behavior

VPN reconnects as soon as network recovers. If any connection issues occur the Kill-switch option is supposed to work.

Actual Behavior

No reconnecting. "VPN can't connect" due to private DNS Kill switch doesn't work in this case too: traffic goes directly
