Add MTU option to the Windows App

Issue Details

Well, some networks require their own MTU values to function correctly and won't work or slow down heavily with default values or wrong ones (I think it's 9000 by default) For example, "1280" is the perfect value for my network and I managed to edit it in the Android app and make it work but my Windows app still won't work because there is no such option ! So please kindly add the "Change MTU" option is Windows app cheers !

Unfortunately, we are not considering implementing this option as it does not make much sense for our protocol. Thanks for the tip.
