YouTube act incorrect in exclusions when Wintun driver is on

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configuration - general mode in exclusions, add adguard.app and youtube.com to list, Wintun is off. Connect to Argentina and check rambler.ru, ag test site and YouTube.
2. Configuration - general mode in exclusions, add adguard.app and youtube.com to list, Wintun is on. Connect to Brazilia and check rambler.ru, ag test site and YouTube.
3. Configuration - selective mode in exclusions, add adguard.app and youtube.com to list, Wintun is off. Connect to Germany and check rambler.ru, ag test site and YouTube.
4. Configuration - general mode in exclusions, add adguard.app and youtube.com to list, Wintun is on. Connect to India and check rambler.ru, ag test site and YouTube.

Expected Behavior

1. Rambler shows VPN location, AG and YT shows your real location.
2. Rambler shows VPN location, AG and YT shows your real location.
3. Rambler shows your real location, AG and YT shows your VPN location.
4. Rambler shows your real location, AG and YT shows your VPN location.

Actual Behavior

1. Rambler shows VPN location, AG and YT shows your real location.
2. YT shows VPN location.
3. Rambler shows your real location, AG and YT shows your VPN location.
