Please grab the current logs from %programdata%/adguardvpn
(compress the Logs folder and send to devteam@adguard.com)
As a temporary solution, please try the uninstall utility and reinstall the app after that.

Have not a chance to try it yet but I'll keep you updated when I do in the next day or so

Issue Details
Steps to reproduce:
Try to launch the application through the start menu. Fail.
Try to launch as administrator. Fail
Try to install new version using executable... "Adguard VPN is already installed."
Try to uninstall current version through settings. Computer thinks for a bit but nothing changes.
Try to uninstall current version through control panel. Nothing.
Try to uninstall current version using an online guide to Force Uninstall:
Decide to find a new VPN service for your PC because AdGuard VPN on Windows is incredibly flaky.
Expected Behavior
No response
Actual Behavior
This feels redundant. Clearly I just want the program to open. At an absolute bare minimum I expect it to be uninstallable.
