Discord not working with whitelist - cannot join to call\server channel #751

AdGuard VPN version

2.4.0 (1475)

Environment

- OS: Windows 10 Pro, 22H2
- Other network-level software: windows firewall

Which DNS server do you use?

Default

Custom DNS

No response

Use Wintun

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce: (see screenshots)

  1. Enable whitelist - vpn is active only for selected applications and sites
  2. Add Discord in applications
  3. Add Discord in sites from list (add site -> from list -> messangers -> Discord)
  4. Open Discord - join channel. See message "connect to RTC", then "route not set"

Expected Behavior

Join to server channel, can talk with my frends

Actual Behavior

See message in discord "connect to RTC", then "route not set" - cannot talk to my friends :(

подтверждаю, такая же канитель, ждем исправление, если переключиться на полный режим работы впн, без исключений, то всё работает как надо, так что надо вам посмотреть, что ещё завернуть можно по отдельности в исключения, чего-то не хватает для полноценной работы.

@NotSoWell Greetings! Can You try the latest nightly version - the problem still exists? If it is, perform further actions:

  1. Go to Settings -> App settings -> Logging level -> Record everything.
  2. Reproduce the problem, then remember the exact time it happened.
  3. Open Support tab -> Export logs and system info.
  4. Send the archive to qa@adguard.com:
    • include [windows] keyword and 751 in the subject of your email
    • specify the exact time when the issue occurred.
