When scrolling through the list of DNS servers, the header is sometimes flipped #341

Operating mode

VPN

Exclusions mode

None, AdGuard VPN app works in integrated mode

Which DNS server do you use?

None, AdGuard VPN app works in integrated mode

Custom DNS

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

Go to DNS server
Scroll the list of servers

Expected Behavior

Only the list is scrolled

Actual Behavior

Sometimes not only the list is scrolled but also the heading
