Just like AdBlock does.

Please vote for this feature if you want it to be implemented.

Four years and still no update on that feature request. Please, @devs, tell us about the status of that feature.

Temporary solution: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/youtube-channel-whitelist/pbgojokkgbikdofpgphemhldcbaejfog

In order to make this extension compatible with AdGuard, add this rule to the user rules list: @@*youtube.com/*&disableadblock=1$document

@ameshkov Hello, I have been using Adguard for Chrome for many years now and also have been using YouTube Channel Whitelist to whitelist certain Youtube channels that I think that deserves the Ad revenue. For some reason in the last week, it has not been working on this or my other computer, it whitelists all Youtube Channels now. I think it is an issue with Adguard, maybe it is an issue with the extension. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/youtube-channel-whitelist/pbgojokkgbikdofpgphemhldcbaejfog I am using Vivaldi browser which is based on Chromium.

I have wanted this feature implemented into the extension without needing a third-party extension for about 2-3 years now, but unfortunately, it keeps on getting delayed, on and on.

In user rules I still have "@@youtube.com/&disableadblock=1$document" put there as it says in the GitHub thread above.

Regards,

It seems that this extension works differently now, it does forces all Youtube to be whitelisted and blocks YT adverts by itself
