AdGuard not working properly in any browsers on Solus 4.1 Fortitude #1675

Issue Details

Expected Behavior

When you go to filters and try to add a custom filter it's expected to allow you to add the filter

Actual Behavior

It can't add the custom filter giving you an error

Additional Information

Didn't add Brave to the screenshots because I've got other extensions and made it my main browser now

Hi! Could you please follow next steps to assist us?

  1. Repeat the issue
  2. Go to Google Chrome - Settings - Extensions
  3. Find AdGuard AdBlocker in the list
  4. Tap on “background.html”
  5. Send us a screenshot of this extension’s "background.html" page

Edit: Looking at the errors it seems I messed up on a !#include, but it broke adding the custom filter all together so maybe when it has an error loading something that it can ignore it and just warn the user? My hosts can work without it but maybe you could have a popup telling what happened so filterlist owner can know and users know enough to decide if they want to add the filter
