@Timohasan, hello! Please go to chrome://extensions/ and enable Developer mode, then click on service worker on the extension tile.

@Timohasan can you please check update? we published new version with fix

Updated. Checked. After deleting one list of rules (the total number of rules was more than 5000, after disabling it became 4760) - and after that everything worked.
