BTW, this item is currently pointless for MV3 issue and can be confusing.

Add the badfilter rule. For instance, this ads.twitter.com opens fine
Remove the rule
Open the ads.twitter.com again - the site still opens but should be blocked like on p.2
Disable AdGuard Quick Fixes
The site is blocked.

Expected behavior - the sites are blocked on the p.5.
