Invalid rule has blocked access to all websites #406

The rule below has made to the russian filter. As a consequence, all websites were blocked.

I don't quite understand why did it happen. We'd better check it.

It seems to be fine. What exactly do you mean?

Adding this rule completely breaks all websites in Safari

It seems to be fine in Safari Version 10.0.1 (11602.2.14.0.7) and the previous one. Tested with this rule in Russian filter and in user filter.

Ok, I've found the culprit.

Add rule with russian symbols.
