navigation panel doesn't reacts on clicks.

It seems the issue is caused by Web Annoyances Ultralist. @yourduskquibbles please take a look, f.e. try to click on pinion at the top right corner.

The website is entirely empty and only briefly shows when I click the reload. When doing this it flashes briefly, but then immediately hides everything again. Before today, I had not observed this with all of the same settings. To show it as seen in the screen-shot I clicked on disable for 30 seconds in the chrome extention
