デスクトップ表示のみ出現。アクティビティにはそれらしいものが無いため同一ドメインの可能性あり。 画面外扱いなのか少し下にスクロールすると広告の列に画面を動かせなくなるため最上段だけに追加されている模様

This is already addressed by ||gamewith.jp^*/walkthrough/adjack.js in Japanese filters and ###ad-jack in Base although the latter is not included in Optimized list. @Sergey-Lyapin It seems OP didn't enable JPF.

Adguard日本語フィルタを有効にしてください。それでもダメな場合、一度コンテンツブロッカーをすべて無効にし、再度有効化してSafariを再起動しフィルターリストの更新をしてください。
