Adblock detection fixed. Exosrv.com not reproudced. Iframe is also on adblock detection. @AdamWr please check.

TamperMonkey gets detected, AdGuard does not use it. Also no adblock detection reproduced, added a few block rules. They don't cause adblock detection here.
