That is no adblock detection, just an ad. That container is sadly on detection.

Not reproduced, please disable EasyList China and EasyList (EasyList is already included in English filter) and China list is having some rules included for avgle.com which is changing the behaviour.

There is no way, especially not on iOS. Author of site already does not like us and he is fast in circumventing.
