AdGuard Base static filter blocks audio player

Using Pale Moon browser 31.1.1, uBlock Origin v1.16.4.30 ("legacy" version) with the listed filters. Windows 10 21H2 x64.

Enabling Adguard Base makes the audio player below disappear:

Working

Audio player removed:

Not working

Disabling cosmetic filtering on uBO or AdGuard Base entirely, brings the player back. In the uBO Logger, I think the culprit is this but I am not 100% sure:
