When Adguard is running, some elements on twitch won't load. In fact most features of the website are completely broken: the main page of twitch is broken, the video itself doesn't load, no recommended channels and no channel info. Chat works partially, messages load but not user badges. This only happens when Adguard is active, no other extensions or antivirus running, besides Windows's one. When protection is turned off everything works normally, deactivating filters however doesn't help.

Sometimes when loading into a channel, the video will play momentarily and then freeze. After sometime this pops up. sometimes it will freeze during the stream, when ads are being blocked, and the stream can only be continued by pressing play again.

Currently if Twitch ads are blocked then Twitch stream will freeze and for this Twitch message, it's triggered if the low latency option is toggled on/off etc at freeze time.
