Cannot reproduce, with Extension and latest AdGuard for Windows nightly. Please check filtering log (right click on tray icon -> Tools -> Filtering log and then click on the blocked element with moon-storage-delivery to see which rule breaks it and post screenshot. It is probably a bad generic rule.

Thank you, added temporary rule and opened issue over at easylist.

EasyList removed the rule, therefore removing the exclusion rule.
