Every time assist.zoho.eu is opened, such a popup appears, even after reloading the page, when using a free plan. At the same time, the second screenshot shows that they always offer to buy a paid version even without a pop-up

Not reproduced. It seems not annoying.

@Alex-302 this popup appears every time the page is reloaded, blocks scrolling and obscures the main content of the page. Why is it not considered an irritant?

@Alex-302 if you have just registered, then you have a trial period, so the popup is not shown yet
