Comment

With all the filters enabled, the page still shows me Google ads, and this happens in other pages as well. I’ve even tried to fix the issue by deleting all the cookies and clearing the cache, but it didn’t work. Any help is appreciated.

Not reproduced it on my end. Try to clear browser data, update the filters (wait almost one minute there), open the site. If that doesn't work, you should re-enable the content blockers (web extensions) in Safari settings (wait about the same time as when you update the filters).
