  1. URL that i am trying to access : https://online.cosmosbank.in/RetailCorporate/#/login/retailcorporate The Problem : This page is NOT getting loaded only on Adguard DNS. Solutions that i have tried which have not worked :
    1. disable all blocklists on my adguard private dns server
    2. whitelist this particular domain (cosmosbank.com, cosmosbank.in, cosmosbank.co.in) on my adguard private dns server
  2. www.cosmosbank.com Main homepage. then Click on "Netbanking Login"
  3. Opening this page fails when I am using Adguard DNS --- Screenshot attached
  4. This page loads when I connect to Any VPN not using Adguard DNS (Private) or even Google DNS (8.8.8.8). A screenshot of this same page loaded using Surfshark VPN or Google DNS is attached

@chintan124 Unfortunately, I was not able to load this page with or without AdGuard DNS or VPN. The bank domains are not blocked by AdGuard DNS, maybe the problem is related to geolocation restrictions. Which IP should be used to load this page?

I am able to load this page even when i am connected to Surfshark USA VPN server.

go to www.cosmosbank.com and then click on "Netbanking" button on top right corner.

@chintan124 Thanks! Reproduced with AdGuard for Mac, most likely it is a conflict of two dns proxies. The task is not related to filters, so it will be moved to the relevant repository. Could you please tell me how you use AdGuard DNS (in the blocker, AdGuard Home, another option) ?

Hello.

  1. I use UniFi Dream Machine Pro (Router) on which the DNS is setup. It has static IP. DNS is correctly set up.
  2. On my Mac I have Adguard installed in which the same Private DNS is setup within Adguard settings. Even if i disable this, same error occurred.
  3. On my Mac, within network settings, no specific DNS is set and it is getting it from the router. (i.e. when Adguard protection within the app is disabled).

Looks like this bug has been fixed in the nightly version, you can test it by downloading the nightly build here, or wait for a new release version. If the problem occurs, feel free to mention me or open a task in the repository DnsLibs.

Hello. The issue I have highlighted is with Adguard Private DNS and not with the Adguard app.

@chintan124 Is your private DNS set up in your AdGuard settings?

Hello,

On my mac i do have Private DNS setup inside the AdGuard settings and

it is DNS over https. However, i have other devices which do not have AdGuard installed but are connected to the router which has Private DNS set up, and they are not able to access this link as well. But they can access it if they connect to a VPN.

This suggests that the problem is with the AdGuard Private DNS server. I think that I had tried it once before and i can access this website over AdGuard Public DNS.

So the problem is with the AdGuard Private DNS server that i am using.

Does the page load correctly if you don't use VPN and DNS?

Yea it is loading correctly when I use google or cloud flare DNS.

If use AdGuard Private DNS not on the router, but any other configuration method, is the issue occurring?
