There is no access to the site even with VPN on my end. @AdamWr please take a look at this.
I don't have access as well - https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/151676#issuecomment-1562515920

I have the adguard active with default settings and then connect to India server provided by the ExpressVPN. With this setting I am not able to load hotstar.com and jiocinema.com OTT websites from India. Even if I stop or quit adguard websites does not work. They start working only after removing the adguard application from mac and restarting the browser or changing the browser.

@mranuraggarg Hello. On your device, are antivirus and AdGuard mutually excluded from filtering each other?
@jellizaveta thanks for the reply. I am not sure if that is the case. If it has to be set manually in adguard then definitely I have not done so. Also, I just got the subscription for Adgaurd-VPN and it is also showing the same behaviour. It might be related to adguard filtering only as on other VPN with Norton Hotstar works fine.
I think this problem may be related to version compatibilities. If you have macOS Big Sur, you might find this article useful: https://adguard.com/kb/ru/adguard-for-mac/solving-problems/big-sur-issues/ Since this problem is not filter related, please email support@adguard.com to find out the cause.
Thanks, I will do that. Although I am using macOS Ventura 13.4.1. Also, this behaviour is across the platforms. I have checked it on latest iOS and android also.
