If you notice, there are ads running along the newsfeed. There is about one about per side scroll. interestingly, when I use Edge or Brave, Adguard filters out the ads. So i am assuming it is an Opera issue.

It's caused by Web Annoyances Ultralist filter list, so please disable it or add this rule:
