Left-overs are coming from sites with no visitors. Added temporarily rules for it due to main page has visitors. Will be monitored a while and then probably removed.

Seems like they change iframe location from time to time, added new ones. If all of those iframe locations stay at no visitors count next week, I will remove the rules.

And removed those sites and exchanged with generic rules, they still didn't have much visitors. Generic rules are very specific and shouldn't break any site.
