When I click "Join & Create" login keeps failing and so I cant use the site.

https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/171997#issuecomment-1925455675 it seems to be a bug in the AdGuard for Firefox related to https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardBrowserExtension/issues/2552. Wait for the fix, you can also try temporarily disabling AdGuard Tracking Protection.
