Yes, I can reproduce, but it seems ~~the site doesn't have much traffic~~. ysyoken.hikaku.minkabu.jp###.comarea I'm not sure it should be in self promo, there are banners from a third party site.

Yeah, it's blocked by ||srv2.trafficgate.net^$third-party in JPF and this is why I can't reproduce on Android. I see this is a self-promotion if unblocked; however, I guess in this case this in the policy applies

Websites’ own ads should not be removed on purpose. On the other hand, they should not be unblocked if it may cause third-party ads to reappear.

and thus can be hidden in JPF.
