When adguard is enabled on trak.tv, the buttons as highlighted in the screenshots don't update automatically when they are clicked. Compare that to when Adguard is disabled, the buttons update automatically when clicked.

Cannot reproduce. On my end after click buttons update their status. Do you have custom rules or filters?
