I've been checking the site for some, but eventually the video plays. Is it related to the filters, DNS or stealth mode? @AdamWr @BlazDT could you also take a look at this?

There is a bit of a delay and then it plays for me fine.

I suppose that it's caused by DNS filtering. @arturstat Could you please add this rule:

to user rules and then check if video works correctly?
